The international Standards on Personnel Licensing are contained in Annex 1 – Personnel Licensing to the Convention on International Civil Aviation.

Horizons Academy for Professionals delivers Flight Dispatcher courses in accordance with ICAO Annex 1.

IATA’s Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) has been built upon a “backbone” of audit standards applicable to all ground handling companies worldwide, coupled with a uniform set of standards relevant for the specific activities of any ground handler. As a result, the ISAGO audit can be applied consistently to multinational ground handlers, as well as to smaller companies providing services at a single station.

Horizons Academy for Professionals delivers Airport staff courses in accordance with IATA ISAGO regulations : Ramp Agent, Load Planner & Load Control Agent, Passenger Handling Agent.

Horizons Academy for Professionals delivers the following courses in accordance with EASA Part Regulations :

  • Cabin Crew Attestation (Part CC)
  • Flight Dispatcher (Part CAT)

​The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program is an internationally recognized and accepted evaluation system designed to assess the operational management and control systems of an airline. The IOSA audit creates a standard that is comparable on a world-wide basis, enabling and maximizing the joint use of audit reports.

Horizons Academy for Professionals delivers initial and recurrent Courses for airline Flight Operation Officers (FOO) and Flight Operation Assistant (FOA) in accordance with IATA IOSA Standard Manual.
